Shipping

- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Refunds
- If you're unhappy with your Origin products, we're committed to making it right. Simply email support@originendurance.com and our team will get back to you within 2 business days.
- Please include your order number.
- Once we receive your request, we will usually process a refund within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@originendurance.com.
- We will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.
